Selecting maths wasn't the dream I've always had since being a child, it was once suggested to me when I was at Sixth class so after some research I understood I was ready. Although I have done well in mathematics I have actually needed to work really hard and be really established. My motivation originates from the love as well as interest I have for the topic. This is what I want to share through my mentor and also persuade trainees that they don't need to be naturally creative to do the most effective in tests as well as A levels. You just have to be passionate about the subject which influences you, to keep your head down and work hard. Having this positive attitude, enhancements can be made fast which is how I want to enhance my trainee's work with encouragement and the belief that they could succeed with concentration and research.

What drives me to strive is the fulfillment of completing a concern that you've struggled with or have actually had to go through a very long procedure to get the answer. To summarize, I enjoy issue solving as well as obtaining a further understanding for points that I have an interest in. To me there is a charm in mathematics that comes from that every little thing fits together so flawlessly and that challenging things could be simplified with basic formulas that make complex theories or suggestions understandable or at least less complicated to recognise.
